Her current company SmartRS Private Limited is a part of Armsoftech Private Limited is into the business of BPO and KPO operations. This company is also focussed on Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (IOT) and has implemented these solutions for large NBFC, MFI and Banking verticals

Mrs. P. Sudha is a Management Graduate and is into the business of very large retail payment processing.

She has been instrumental in developing all of the company products in the BFSI segment including launching of prepaid instruments in one of her roles. She has also played an important role in setting up of the operations of the company.
